Does the CD work on Windows XP, even if it is not listed on the disk itself?
When the disk you receive is not listed as Windows XP compatible, but it was listed as compatible on our website then it means that the program was manufactured before Windows XP was available. However, anything listed as Windows XP compatible on our website will work on your PC, because it has been tested. If you have any problems that are program-related, contact the manufacturer directly. |

How do I install the CD-ROM? It doesn’t work when I put it in my PC.
Most CD-ROMs will automatically start when you put them into your PC; you should first insert the disk into your computer. However, many CD-ROMs do not start automatically, so here are some steps you should take for installation: |

Make sure that the CD is in the drive, label side up. Then double-click the "My Computer" icon on your screen.

In the new window, double-click the icon for your CD drive. Typically, it is your "D:" drive.

You should be looking at the files on the CD. There should be a file called "Setup", or "Install". Double-click that file, and installation should begin. |
