After a mysterious explosion destroys an artificial intelligence lab, Allen Holister is framed for the theft of an experimental computer brain.  With no other alternative, his son Jack sets out to prove his father's innocence and find out who really committed the crime.

The true culprit has merged the computer with his own brain, transforming him into the master criminal known as Cybron.  To fight Cybron and his evil gang, Jack becomes Skysurfer One, leader of a group of vigilante crime fighters known as The Skysurfer Strike Force.  Join this group of daredevils as they soar the skies at breakneck speeds and perform amazing acrobatics in their battle for justice!
